IMPORTANT NOTE:  An Authority to Leave instruction can only be applied by following the "Leave In A Safe Place" link in your parcel tracking email (which will be sent to you once your parcel has left Milu and Moo). Requests for Milu and Moo to add an authority to leave instruction will be ignored.

 CAN MY PARCEL BE DELIVERED TO A PO BOX OR PARCEL LOCKER?

Yes, it sure can but via Australia Post only.

HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?

NOTE - We aim to dispatch parcels the following 1-2 business day from the time of order. This may vary due to high order volumes on any given day.

Standard delivery times are 3-10 business days from the time of order. A dispatch confirmation email displaying your track and trace number will be sent once the order has been shipped. Please note that delays are expected Australia wide due to COVID-19.

  • Goods will be delivered on business days only.
  • We do not offer deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
  • Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be processed the next business day.
  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding NSW Public Holidays. 
  • Delivery occurs on business days between the hours of 9am- 5pm.
  • To minimise delivery disruptions, please consider sending your parcel to an address that is occupied during delivery times.
  • All parcels delivered to an address that is not occupied will be left in a safe place out of the weather if available, using Australia Post Safe Drop standards.
  • A valid street number, suburb, postcode, and phone number must be included when completing the checkout process as orders cannot be processed without this information.
  • Milu and Moo will not be held responsible for any delays incurred due to missing or incorrect delivery information.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking ID number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Be sure to check your junk/ spam folder in case it lands there! 

DO YOU OFFER A SAME DAY DELIVERY SERVICE?

I HAVE PROVIDED THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS ... NOW WHAT?

Contact Milu and Moo as soon as possible. If your parcel has not been manifested we can change the address for you. Unfortunately, if your parcel has already been manifested we cannot change the delivery address. In this instance your parcel will usually be returned to us within 2 - 4 weeks. Once your parcel arrives back at Milu and Moo we can have it sent to the revised address. Please note that you will be charged a $10 re-delivery fee. This fee applies regardless of whether your order initially qualified for free delivery as Milu and Moo incurs freight charges on all returned parcels. Alternatively, you can opt to cancel your order for a refund, less a $10 returned parcel delivery fee.

If your parcel is accepted at the incorrect address and not returned to Milu and Moo it cannot be retrieved by Milu and Moo or Australia Post. In this instance Milu and Moo will not provide a refund or compensation for the lost goods.
